Tampa, FL – The Kindbridge Research Institute (KRI), a leading organization in the field of mental health research on distressed and disordered gamblers and gamers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Kelley to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Kelley is an accomplished businesswoman, philanthropist, and mental health advocate. She brings to the Kindbridge Research Institute a wealth of experience and expertise in business management, marketing, and community outreach. Kelley is also the Vice President of Legal Affairs at the New York Jets and has extensive experience in commercial, tax, and technology matters in the sports and entertainment industry.
“We are thrilled to have Jill join our Board of Directors,” said Dr. Nathan Smith, Executive Director of the Kindbridge Research Institute. “Her extensive legal background and expertise in the sports and entertainment industry will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of advancing mental health research and treatment for gambling disorder through technology.”
With her diverse background in the legal field, Kelley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kindbridge Research Institute. She will be a valuable asset in helping the organization advance its mission to improve mental health outcomes through public health strategy design and innovative research into leveraging telehealth solutions to bring better mental health care options directly to distressed and disordered gamblers and gamers.

Kelley’s role on the Board will help expand awareness, increase the donor base, and develop a strategic alignment with sports organizations that share an interest in mental health initiatives designed to protect the athletes and their fanbase.

Kelley holds a J.D., with distinction, and concentration in international law from Suffolk University Law School, an LL.M. in international taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. in sociology from Villanova University. She also actively serves on the United Way of Northern New Jersey’s Women United Leader Council.
